Join Us - We Are Recruiting!

We are looking for a lovely photographer to join our team!

Pixangle Property Marketing is a small, friendly, Southwest London-based business, producing and providing beautiful property photography, floor plans and other marketing material to agents and developers.

This role involves photographing properties of all shapes and sizes; and editing and retouching the images using Photoshop. Our photographers also measure and draw properties to produce floor plans, and are required to become Domestic Energy Assessors to produce Energy Performance Certificates. Full training and equipment will be provided for the role.

The role also includes potential further development in design and camera work.
We’re looking for someone with plenty of energy and patience, who prefers being out and about to being in an office and likes having a varied schedule. Enthusiasm for, interest in and experience with SLR cameras is a must!

Any floor planning experience is a big plus but not compulsory – we will train you. Much more important is a friendly, positive attitude, punctuality, and sensitivity whilst working in private homes.

Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign and both Macs and PCs is highly desirable.

NOTE: You MUST be able to provide and ride your own scooter for this role, as this is essential for getting around London to appointments. You will be afforded a monthly allowance separate to your salary to cover fuel and maintenance.

If this sounds like the role for you, please send a cover email and CV to info@pixangle.com - we'd love to hear from you!

Pixangle delivers another 3D Walkthrough Virtual Tour

When we're not busy creating still photography, we love the opportunity to use our flashy new 3D camera! This time we're in a leafy part of Walthamstow at a newly renovated Victorian terraced property. The house was perfect to model - no clutter and unfurnished. But the stylish lighting, exposed brickwork and patterned wallpaper to pick out the chimneys, ensured it looked fab!

The HDR imaging from the VR camera came into it's own on this property. When we're on a standard photography shoot, we often have to compensate for bright light streaming in through windows. It was good to see that the VR camera handled this so well!

Check out the VR tour and immerse yourself in this property like you're actually on a viewing!

Photography gem: Something special... in a small space.

In the business of property marketing you are often surprised by what greets you behind the front door. We love a challenge, (okay not always) but we love it even more if we can deliver stunning photography by the end of the day. So, as that front door opens will we find a palace? A dive? Will it be immaculately kept? Or will the decorator be rushing to finish the paintwork?! Will there be a sea of kids' toys to navigate around? On this occasion, we are definitely talking palatial! - if you can call 350 square feet a palace!

The owner had purchased the property as a blank canvas not too long ago.... and seriously went to town on it! Most of the decor was purchased from Buster and Punch and it looked AMAZING! Located in Fulham, just a few steps from the Broadway, I'm sure it won't go cheap. Here are some photos from our shoot. I'll just let the pictures speak for themselves...

“Give It Away” – Pixangle Works With The Property Project Charity Which Supports Disabled And Vulnerable Children

We recently had the pleasure of photographing a newly refurbished house in Chiswick. When we spoke to the owner, Charlotte Grobien, about her newly completed project, we learned that it was all for her charity, Give It Away.

Give It Away was set up ten years ago with the intention of taking on property projects and donating the entire profits to small, local, London-based charities that support disabled and vulnerable children. Among the many charities which have received donations from Charlotte’s projects are Small Steps and React, both of which help children with disabilities along with their families; the London Early Years Foundation which runs 38 community nurseries across the city; and SATRO, which aims to inspire and provide experience to young people in all aspects of the working world, but particularly in Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths.

We were really pleased to play even a tiny part in Charlotte’s Give It Away project. Please feel free to check out our work below – the house is on the market, so if looks like the place for you, then do contact Charlotte through the website at www.give-it-away.com, or you’ll find it on the Chestertons Chiswick website. You’ll be getting not only a beautiful home, but the satisfaction of knowing that you helped a very worthy cause at the same time!
